When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Gardener. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
