History: Born in the north to a Knight, Melissa learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Melissa liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Valorean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Valorean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Valorean and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
