History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oriel grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Oriel was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oriel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
