Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a brown shirt, with a tan mid length shorts with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Blacksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Gifted from a young age, Pyntle studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She takes great joy in being the best Mercenary in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Engong was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mercenary.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He struck the Cook job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
