History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
