Description: This tall, slender man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his flail with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is long and golden with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Calcitro embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: She stands about 6'4" and tends to wear a large green jacket. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her black crest is heavily combed to the left. Her gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Nala was born with her father's beautiful face. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Nala was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: To protect her home; and further expansion of business

Description: She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Map Maker born in the past three hundred years. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She worked as a nervous Map Maker and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He dresses like a well dressed Marshal does. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a laborer again

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has done her best to style her silver hair to look like a famous performer. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. At a young age her mother died while driving off some orcs. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in kukri use. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Artin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.
