Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Quarethon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: She was born in a small desert village. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She got into the Interpreter business at a young age. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
