History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
