History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured, and is pretty ugly. Her orange fur has been sun bleached extensively. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Jade lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jade was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Her green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her white boots flare out at the collars. Sporting a golden mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is a Carpenter first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Murgen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Murgen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has achieved small success as a Carpenter.

History: Born to a Shoemaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
