History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. A true patriot, Rurik would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Rurik learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Rurik liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has worked as a Cartwright like his mother before him.

Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
