His father taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Personality: Heward is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At some point he was captured by goblins and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Heward was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

History: The child of a Cartwright, who enjoyed hunting, Einkil was taken on many hunting expeditions. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has achieved small success as a Beggar.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and balancing his hectic life and new beggar responsibilities is difficult
