Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Krimmon was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Halfling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Zaffrab was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Weaver. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
