History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Seere was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Shoemaker. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture
