History: Born in the west to a Crown-heir, Hobart learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. Being a Crown-heir kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
