History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture
