History: Wiggens was born the youngest of three triplets. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
