History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Tim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tim decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult
