History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her childhood dream was to be a Slave Trader, but she was a colossal failure. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Dean hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the south to a Scribe, Dean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Fletcher who has hired her part-time. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
