History: Born to a Armorer, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Armorer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
