History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and balancing her hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult
