History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright.
