History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Joan reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. At a young age her father died while driving off some goblins. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in dagger use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now mingles about in high society.
