History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Through the years after Nedda was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nedda's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has achieved small success as a Bounty Hunter.

Description: She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly longbows and warhammers. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gray eyes.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Tyna was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tyna decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She bought a longbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her childhood dream was to be a Fisher, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Marshal soon after.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing her hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
