Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Millicent was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Actor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and revenge

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She tends to her Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
