History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Bertram was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Bertram's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Nogu lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Stableman. She tends to her Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Cora was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Hunter. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
