Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Lia was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Spice Merchant. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spice Merchant and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Corkitron alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
