History: Born to a Mercenary, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She married young, but lost her spouse to dire rats. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. She carries a battered bow and tarnished hand crossbow as well. Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to pay off her debts

Description: This woman is very fat, and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to clean up the streets

Voice: Speaks fast with a slight lisp

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears white painted combat armor at almost all times, and is pretty ugly. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Priest but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Priest arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Halfling Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he's repulsed by the pc
