History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelaide grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

The war was a terrible time for her, and Nija does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She struck the Fortune-teller job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Gimurt lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by his family
