History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker white hat.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stylist.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing his hectic life and new stylist responsibilities is difficult

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a greatsword on her belt. She carries with her a set of greatswords, each one with a topaz on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her crest is black and curly. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Megren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. He is portly but not overly obese. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Joser grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Joser. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
