History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she feels threatened by others

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Berrian hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
