History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. She's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a Ploughman, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and wants to work out more often

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
