Description: He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his rapier. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: Laucian is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Gifted from a young age, Laucian studied abroad. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'6" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is lengthy. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Dilettante business.

History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Dûsh's homeland. Dûsh decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and money/treasure

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her broad black hat.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age her mother died while driving off some giants. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in hammer use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants revenge against giants

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is a great chef.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people
