Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born in the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Tree's homeland. Tree decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: Pikar hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
