Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it
