History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. Being a Mercenary kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
