History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mayor. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Shivering was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Shivering has worked very hard to control his curse. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
