History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Barendd was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He became a Bookbinder soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Gnome Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her first spouse was a Mason, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bather and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
