History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Varis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A freak accident while working with her Beggar father left her crippled. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to unite with her sister

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and money/treasure
