He found a children's book about a Elf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Quarethon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
