She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Abalaba and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. The war was a terrible time for him, and Az-Adar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
