Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Sheggen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Born to a Seamstress, his father struggled to pay the bills. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
