He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. After coming to the age of reason, Kaladan took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
