History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Sora was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.
