History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: An older woman who wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available she will default to her scimitar, she is not a threatening figure. Her chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The war was a terrible time for her, and Abalaba does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: The child of a Bowyer, who enjoyed hunting, Ella was taken on many hunting expeditions. She worked as a nervous Soapmaker and found it very stressful. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
