Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When Balifra reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Matilda was born with her father's beautiful face. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Matilda alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Gimurt hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he wants revenge against gnolls

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has money and likes to spend it
