History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born to a Herbalist, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Herbalist. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
