History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
