History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Halfling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Roofer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Hadarai began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was born in a small plains village. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and wishes to resurrect an old love
