History: Oskar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has worked as a Architect like his father before him.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
