History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Bounty Hunter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

When Juliana reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Juliana never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
